The new export flow keeps hanging on the second step. I have tried it in Chrome and Safari and both hang after clicking "Prepare file". Any idea what is happening?

How do I move a workspace from one plan to another? The billing page shows the change but the seats still count against the old plan.

CSV import strips leading zeros from phone numbers. This is a pretty common data type, would be great to fix or at least warn.
