Driver tracking screen with live ETA app template
A driver tracking screen for iOS and Android, showing a map with the pickup route, the vehicle details, the fare, and the driver card with call and message buttons. Use it for ride hailing apps, delivery products, and any service where a customer waits for a driver. Connect your location provider via Bolt, Lovable, or Replit.
About this app template
Once someone books a ride, the only question is when does the driver arrive. This screen answers it with a map showing the route and a five minute ETA bar across the top of the detail card. The vehicle is identified by plate number and model so the customer can spot it, and the driver card shows the name, rating, and two action buttons for calling or messaging. The fare and seat count sit between the vehicle and the driver so the cost is confirmed without a tap. Paste it into Bolt, Lovable, or Replit and connect the map to your location provider and the action buttons to your communication layer.

Settings, search, and empty states share the same rows, groups, and type scale as the rest of the product, so one of them can set the standard for every screen after it. Copy the template, paste it into Claude Code, Replit, Lovable, ChatGPT Codex, Bolt, or Cursor, and send this alongside it.

Common questions about this template
What should a driver tracking screen show?
The map with the route, the ETA, the vehicle details so the customer can identify it, and call and message buttons in case something goes wrong.
Should the fare show on the tracking screen?
Yes. The fare is confirmed at booking but repeating it here avoids the anxiety of not remembering what was agreed, especially on longer waits.
Why put call and message on the driver card?
Because the two reasons someone contacts a driver are both urgent, either they cannot find each other or the pickup spot needs to change. Burying these in a menu wastes time.
How do I connect this to real driver locations?
Paste it into Bolt, Lovable, or Replit and ask your AI to stream the driver coordinates from your location provider onto the map and update the ETA from your routing engine.
