Last updated: 13 August 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Moon (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
2. What Moon provides
Moon is a professional template library. We provide HTML, CSS, and component templates (“Templates”) for use in vibe coding workflows with AI coding tools including Bolt, Lovable, Replit, Claude Code, and Cursor. Templates are provided as a licensed resource for your personal or commercial projects.
3. Subscription and access
Certain Templates are available only to paying subscribers. Subscriptions are billed on the terms shown at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may not share your account credentials or subscription access with third parties.
4. Permitted use
Under an active paid subscription you may:
- Copy, paste, and modify Templates for use in your own websites, apps, and digital products.
- Use Templates in client projects delivered to end clients.
- Use Templates in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
5. Intellectual property and prohibited use
All Templates, design systems, HTML structures, component patterns, and visual compositions available on Moon are the exclusive intellectual property of Moon and its licensors, protected under applicable copyright, trade dress, and intellectual property laws.
The following uses are strictly prohibited and constitute infringement:
- Copying, redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing Templates in any template library, component marketplace, design system, or similar product that competes with or substitutes for Moon.
- Extracting Templates in bulk to train, fine-tune, or seed any AI model, template generation tool, or competing service.
- Reproducing the Moon template library or any substantial portion of it as the foundation for a competing product or service.
- Sharing subscription access or Template files with individuals or entities who are not authorised users under your subscription.
- Scraping, crawling, or programmatically extracting Template content from Moon for any purpose other than personal use permitted under these Terms.
Infringement penalties
Any individual or entity found to have copied Moon Templates for use in a competing template library, component marketplace, or design product will be liable for liquidated damages of $25,000 USD per Template copied or incorporated, in addition to any actual damages, attorneys' fees, and costs of enforcement. Where infringement is found to be wilful (including by a direct competitor who had or should have had knowledge of these Terms), damages may be trebled. Moon reserves all rights to seek injunctive relief, disgorgement of profits, and any other remedy available at law or in equity.
If you are uncertain whether a particular use is permitted, contact us at legal@browsermoon.com before proceeding.
6. Attribution
Attribution to Moon is not required for Templates used in finished websites, apps, or digital products delivered to end users. Attribution is appreciated but entirely optional.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moon and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service, even if Moon has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Moon in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to Moon, other users, or third parties. On termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Moon operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
