Fitness app progress screen template
A progress screen for a fitness or gym app on iOS and Android. Week, month and year filters, workouts completed against a weekly target, a seven day bar chart with the current day marked, and a recent workout list with duration and calories. Built for Bolt, Lovable, and Replit.
About this app template
Progress screens fail by showing everything at once. This template answers one question first, how many workouts this week against the target, then supports it with a seven day chart where only the current day is filled and the rest sit in a quiet grey, so the shape of the week reads without a legend. Under it, recent workouts carry an icon, the day, the duration and the calories, with the figure right aligned in tabular numerals. Week, month and year sit as chips at the top rather than as a segmented control, which keeps the screen in the same visual language as the rest of the family. There are no dividers and no gridlines. Paste it into Bolt, Lovable, or Replit and ask your AI to aggregate the real workout history.
Build a full productivity app with this template design
A productivity app is mostly lists, threads, and detail views built from the same row and spacing rules, so one screen can set the standard for every screen after it. Copy the template, paste it into Claude Code, Replit, Lovable, ChatGPT Codex, Bolt, or Cursor, and send this alongside it.

Common questions about this template
How is the bar chart built?
As seven flex columns with a rounded track and a fill sized by percentage. No chart library, so it stays in the single file and your AI can bind the heights to real data in one pass.
Why is only one bar filled dark?
It marks the current day. Filling every bar in the accent colour makes the chart decorative and removes the one thing it should tell you at a glance.
Can I switch it to show minutes instead of workouts?
Yes. Change the headline figure and the bar values together, and keep the target comparison underneath, because a number without a target is not progress.
How do I handle a week with no workouts?
Show the chart empty with the target still stated, and change the supporting line to what would get somebody back to it. An empty progress screen is the one that most needs to say something useful.
